Found on Bellevue Avenue in the Dunderave neighbourhood of West Vancouver, this waterfront home features the best in modern luxury and West Coast design. Completed in 2017, it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms on an 11,000 sq ft lot.
There are several aspects of the exterior finishings of this project we’re proud of. The aluminum fascias running along each level have no caps and are made to look seamless. Clear hemlock soffit is used, which also waterfalls up through the mitre into the skylights.
Custom black metal panelling was sued to connect the large windows, giving an optimal view of the waterfront and high durability for any weather. A unique element we added is a consolidated soffit and rain screen venting. This isn’t offered by most exterior finishings contractors and gives a modern, clean look with weathering benefits.
